Cancellation and Refund Policy

Eligibility: This policy applies to all reservations made more than 60 days in advance of the scheduled start date of the retreat.
Refund Period: Customers can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they notify us within this timeframe.
Refund Terms:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will forfeit the deposit and will not be eligible for any refund.
Rescheduling: Guests wishing to reschedule their retreat to a future event may do so without penalty, provided they notify us at least 30 days before the original arrival date. We will try to accommodate transfers made less than 30 days in advance but can not guarantee that will be accommodated. Your retreat registration is 100% transferrable to a different participant at all times.
Emergency Situations: In the event of a family emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we encourage guests to contact us directly. Depending on the situation, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
